It was quite a melancholy, yet beautiful tour- we wandered round the mainly disused 1960s architectural sore spot that can be found at the end of the weekend’s commercial nightmare Broad St.

Local residents and the Friction Arts team turned Five Ways into a beautiful piece of art- there were choirs singing from roof tops, young, cute guides cartwheeling and skipping around different estates, leading us to a grand climax where several choirs sang at us, around us, to us- even residents curtain twitching and passing through were transformed into the community arts exhibit. It was great and really good for Brum!
